updating base docker image to use python 3.8 instead of 3.7. adding PyMuPDF and chardet pip packages to requirements. moving all non content type node labels (like "File," "Job," etc.) to a new "namespace" by prefixing them with underscore. implementing ability to "crystalize" content by exporting json file, and ability to import crystals (both data and related files) into a different corpus. implementing ability to launch different iPython notebooks (tho only one at a time). major updates to OCR editor. fixes to job widget (status bar correctly reflecting percentage complete).
